DAC Prop challenge, Summertime

for the Design-A-Character group's Summertime-themed Prop challenge! [link]

the last prop challenge was vehicle-themed, but since i hate drawing cars, i made up my own wacky vehicle and felt kinda guilty ever since... so this time i figured i'd practice drawing a real-life car! thanks to lotsa photoreference, it went pretty ok! it's a 1948 chevrolet(?) "woodie", which i associate w/ the midcentury california coast, so here's a 40's surfing hunk. a bit rushed, but i think they make a cute couple
